This role offers a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with various departments, support sales and recruitment initiatives, and resolve customer queries with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding support to customers and Independent Business Owners across Europe.

Partner with the Business Development team to support sales and recruitment efforts.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless two-way communication.

Work closely with customer care teams to resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.

Translate training materials when needed.
*
Contribute to sales growth through up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
Candidate Requirements:

Fluency in Swedish and English is essential; additional Western European languages are a plus.

Strong communication skills and professional phone manner.
*
Demonstrates empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
*
Previous experience in customer care or call centres is preferred.

Able to work full-time in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.

This position is office-based in London.
