Job Title: Systems Modelling Specialist
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + benefits
Location: Aberdeen
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We’re recruiting on behalf of a client in the energy technology sector for a Systems Modelling Specialist. The role focuses on performance modelling and simulation of advanced telemetry systems, supporting both R&D and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct signal performance modelling (COMSOL, MATLAB, Python).
* Improve modelling techniques for greater real-world accuracy.
* Produce reports and present modelling outcomes.
* Work with planning teams to design and deliver solutions.
Skills & Experience:
* Degree in engineering, physics, or related subject.
* Experience in multi-physics modelling (COMSOL preferred).
* Strong MATLAB, Python, and Excel skills.
* Knowledge of electrical theory.
* (Desirable) Energy sector or well construction knowledge.
