Duties and responsibilities
Assembly: Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and final systems according to detailed engineering drawings, build notes, and work instructions.
Quality Control: Conduct in-process and final inspection in line with standard and QMS
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline production processes, improve yield, and reduce rework; provide feedback to production management.
Documentation: Maintain accurate production and test records, updating logs and databases as required.
Health & Safety: Follow ESD handling procedures and all site safety protocols to ensure a safe, compliant working environment.Experience and qualifications required
Hands-on experience in production, manufacturing
Understanding of basic electronic principles and ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and record-keeping skillsAbout You
