Job Description
RC Fornax are looking for a Systems Engineer to support our customer based in Herefordshire.
This is Outside IR35 opportunity , hybrid opportunity working 2-3 days on site per week , contract lenght 6 months initially.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead system-level design and integration of antenna and radar subsystems.
* Define and manage system requirements
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (RF, mechanical, software).
* Conduct simulations and modelling to validate performance.
* Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD, EMC).
* Produce technical documentation and engage with customers.
What We're Looking For:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
* Experience with radar systems, RF design, or antenna technologies.
* Experience in requirements analysis , Verification & Validation
* Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, CST, HFSS).
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsBefore You Apply
