Job Description
Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Early Years settings? Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dynamic TA3 with a strong EYFS background to join our supply team, supporting schools and nurseries across mainstream primary schools in Oldham.
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality support to children in Nursery and Reception classes
Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities
Support children’s development in line with EYFS frameworks
Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with class teachers and other staff to support individual learning plans
What We’re Looking For:
TA Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
Experience in EYFS settings, ideally within schools or nurseries
A caring and proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
