Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who thrives on variety, partnership, and finding exceptional talent across multiple business areas.

You will join a thriving and growing business with offices across England.

You will be based in the firm's Reading office working on a hybrid basis and you will support hiring across a diverse portfolio-including corporate functions, tax, audit, and accounting.

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver a first-class candidate experience.

Travel to the firm's offices across England will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions, tax, audit, and accounting.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategies.
Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract high-calibre candidates in competitive markets.
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate journey.
Manage the firm's recruitment partner program.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting to support workforce planning.
Represent the business at recruitment events, careers fairs, and networking activities.
Contribute to employer branding, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.About You

You will have proven experience in an internal talent acquisition or agency recruitment role.
Strong understanding of professional services hiring, ideally including tax, audit, accounting.
Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Skilled in proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and market mapping.
