Job Description Ferrovial Construction is looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join its HR team in the UK. Responsibilities and Duties: * Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across Ferrovial Construction UK project-based positions. * Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, internal mobility platforms and networking. * Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including CV reviews, phone screenings and interviews, to evaluate qualifications and fit for open positions. * Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process and provide timely feedback. * Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. * Create and post compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates. * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs. * Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). * Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly. * Adhere to all relevant employment laws, regulations and company policies during the recruitment process. * Generate and share regular recruitment metrics and reports to assess progress and make data-driven decisions.. * Ensure all candidate and stakeholders interactions reflect Ferrovial’s values: Excellence, Innovation, Collaboration, Integrity, and Respect Relevant Skills and Competencies: * Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
