Do you have experience working in a recruitment or Human Resources team with the ability to handle a heavy workflow?
Our client is seeking a strong, experienced recruitment/TA admin co-ordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Director and the EMEA recruitment team in securing top talent for their world leading media and entertainment companies.
Key Responsibilities
Interview scheduling across the region using the Applicant Tracking System, (currently Smart Recruiters).
Engage and build strong relationships with both Hiring Managers and Candidates, managing general incoming communications to Talent Acquisition.
Update and distribute monthly internal communications as directed by the Director, TA.
Consolidate and distribute monthly business updates on behalf of the EMEA team.
Prepare purchase orders and managing SAP processes on behalf of the EMEA team.
Update the Applicant Tracking System as required
Support Recruiters in the preparation of offer requests for permanent hires as required.
Provide support with posting adverts and updating branding on job boards.
Support EMEA TA & global branding team in preparing social media posts and campaigns.
Help to prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports for the EMEA TA team.
Help facilitate TA meetings, training or presentations as required by the TA Director.
Support recruiters in reviewing applications for associate level roles with guidance where time permits.
Support Early Careers administration and in setting up Assessments Centres and other events during peak periods.
Preparing passes, greeting candidates/ other visitors and showing them around the offices.
About you:
Experience working within a recruiting/Human Resources team
Strong administration skills
Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System coupled with strong IT skills (MS Office)
Exceptional communication skills, highly organised and ability to follow through on tasks
Attention to detail - accurate, detailed and thorough approach to work and maintaining accurate records.

The role will be office based 3 days per week, working from home Monday and Fridays.
