As our new Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation. This newly created role is your opportunity to build a high-performing TA operations function from the ground up - from implementing a new ATS and designing scalable processes, to shaping service delivery models and building reporting frameworks that drive real insight. You’ll create the infrastructure and intelligence that powers a modern, strategic Talent Acquisition function - enabling us to hire smarter, faster and more inclusively across the globe. What you’ll do: · Lead the implementation of a new global applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring it aligns with business needs and delivers a seamless user experience. · Design scalable TA processes, workflows and service delivery models to support consistent, high-quality hiring across disciplines. · Build and manage reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance, optimise delivery and drive data-led decision making. · Partner with TA leadership and HR teams to define operational standards, governance, and continuous improvement plans. · Oversee vendor relationships, contracts and budget tracking to support operational excellence. · Champion change and enable adoption through clear documentation, training and stakeholder engagement. · Support the TA team with tools, templates and insights that enhance their impact and efficiency. What you’ll bring: · Experience in TA Operations or TA Programme Management · A track record of leading systems change (especially ATS implementations) · Process design skills and a love of building things that scale. · Strong data mindset and comfort with budgets, reporting and stakeholder comms. · A proactive, organised approach and excitement for transformation Why Foster + Partners?
