As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our recruitment efforts! Your key responsibilities will include:
Selecting recruitment sources and techniques to meet staffing needs.
Developing networks and talent pipelines through various channels.
Crafting engaging job advertisements and recruitment materials.
Conducting interviews and hiring top-tier candidates.
Supporting hiring managers in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
Coordinating interview schedules and formulating relevant questions.
Providing feedback to candidates and extending job offers.
Conducting employer branding activities online and via social media.
Supporting regional/global Talent Acquisition projects.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Minimum of 3 years of corporate recruiting experience.
Proven ability in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various positions, including managerial roles.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for recruitment!
