Job Description
KRG are representing a specialist, boutique talent management agency operating at the intersection of digital creators, lifestyle brands, and premium partnerships. We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager to join its growing team.
This agency represents a curated roster of high-quality lifestyle content creators across categories such as parenting, home, health & wellness, outdoor lifestyle, beauty, and fashion. The team works closely with both creators and brands to deliver strategic, long-term partnerships and career development for talent in the lifestyle space.
Important: This is not a HR or recruitment role. The position is focused on creator representation, brand partnerships, and revenue generation through talent management.
The Opportunity
KRG are looking for a commercially driven talent manager who already operates within the creator economy and can bring an existing roster of lifestyle creators into the agency.
You will be responsible for managing and growing talent partnerships, securing brand deals, and contributing to the agency's revenue through high-value campaigns and long-term brand relationships.
This role is ideal for someone with deep relationships in the creator and brand ecosystem, a strong understanding of the lifestyle creator space, and a proven ability to generate significant billings. Expected annual gross billings: $1M - $2M+.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of lifestyle content creators, including talent you bring into the agency.
Lead brand partnership negotiations, campaign strategy, and deal execution.
Drive annual gross billings of $1M - $2M+ through brand partnerships and campaigns.
Identify and secure long-term brand relationships across lifestyle categories.
Provide career strategy and commercial guidance to represented creators.
Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing teams within the lifestyle sector.
Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution, creator growth, and brand strategy.
Stay ahead of creator economy trends, brand budgets, and partnership opportunities.

Compensation
Base Salary: $85,000 - $140,000 (depending on revenue history and roster)
Commission
Expected annual billings target: $1M - $2M+This structure is designed to reward high-performing talent managers who can drive meaningful revenue through creator partnerships.
