We’re seeking a confident, motivated CTA or ATT qualified tax professional to lead and support a thriving Private Client Tax team in their new, modern Scarborough office. With genuine long-term opportunity and progression right up to Partner for the right candidate, this is the ideal move for an ambitious tax professional ready to grow with a forward-thinking firm.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Lead and mentor a team of Tax Seniors and Trainees
* Manage a diverse portfolio of private clients, including individuals, partnerships, trusts and estates
* Review and prepare complex self-assessment tax returns
* Oversee the personal tax return process across the firm
* Identify and deliver on tax planning opportunities
* Handle complex compliance cases and HMRC enquiries
* Provide technical tax guidance and advisory input
* Conduct monthly WIP reviews and manage tax billing processes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* CTA or ATT qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a tax-focused practice role
* Proven ability to manage and develop a small team
* Strong technical knowledge in personal and private client tax
* A proactive, client-centred approach with strong communication skills
