You will be working collaboratively across the firm to deliver holistic, innovative solutions that help clients achieve their ambitions. 

Your new role 
As a Private Client Tax Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll manage relationships with privately or family-owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies, and business owners, advising on a broad range of complex UK and international tax matters.Your responsibilities will include:

Leading client engagements and managing tax advisory projects
Developing long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Collaborating across service lines to deliver integrated solutions
Staying up to date with UK and overseas tax legislation and technical developments
Supporting and coaching junior team members
Contributing to business development and thought leadership through networking and technical writingYou'll work closely with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners, and be part of a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed 

ACA and/or CTA qualification (or international equivalent)
Relevant and up-to-date UK (and some overseas) tax knowledge
Experience advising privately owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies, and business owners
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple client engagements
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A coaching mindset and commitment to developing others
Strong written communication skills, including technical memos and reports
