Job Description
Service Care Solutions are working with a highly regarded regional accountancy firm to recruit an experienced Senior Manager / Director (Tax Advisory).
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior tax professional to join a well-established and fast-growing practice, supporting a broad and diverse client base. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio, lead and mentor a high-performing team, and shape the delivery of complex advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead advisory projects for a diverse range of clients, delivering high-quality tax solutions.
Manage client relationships and provide strategic tax planning and technical guidance.
Coach, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level colleagues within the tax team.
Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated business solutions.
Contribute to the firm’s growth through networking, business development, and thought leadership.
Drive process improvement and ensure best practice across all tax advisory operations.Candidate Criteria
Essential:
ACA or CTA qualified, or qualified by experience.
Significant experience in a tax advisory leadership role (corporate or mixed tax background ideal).
Strong technical knowledge across a breadth of tax areas.
Proven experience in managing client portfolios and leading project teams.
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship management skills.Desirable:
Experience with international tax, transfer pricing, or large corporate group taxation.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
Demonstrated success in business development or practice improvement initiatives.Benefits
