The Role:
Support students in KS3 and KS4, both in-class and in small intervention groups
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support learning and well being

Assist in developing students' confidence, independence, and academic progress
Contribute to EHCP support and classroom differentiation as needed
What We're Looking For in a Teacher Assistant:
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school or similar setting
Understanding of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and speech/language needs
A calm, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
