Job Description
Teaching Tomorrow, a receptable local teaching agency, are looking for committed and versatile Supply Teachers to join our team for potential part-time supply work based in and around Leighton Buzzard, this half-term.
Working as a Supply Teacher/ Cover Supervisor allows for a perfect balance, enabling you to make a significant impact on students' education, across key stages 3 and 4, while maintaining a flexible schedule around home life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching across various subjects and year groups.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school environments.
- Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or create stimulating lessons as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all students are supported and encouraged.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their academic growth.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent/ relative experience
- Comfortable covering lessons across national UK curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
- Enthusiasm for promoting health and wellbeing among young people.
