Teachers Wanted – Merthyr Based (Working Across RCT)

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking flexible, passionate and committed Teachers—both Newly Qualified Teachers (ECTs) and Experienced Teachers—to work across a variety of schools throughout Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT).

About the Role

Base Location: Merthyr Tydfil (working across RCT)
Role Type: Flexible day‑to‑day supply, short‑term, and long‑term placements
Start Date: ASAP
Subjects/Phases:

Primary (Foundation Phase & KS2)
Secondary (all subjects considered)
SEN schools (optional)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday (term‑time)
This role is suited to teachers who enjoy variety, adapt well to new environments, and are confident delivering pre‑set work to support pupils’ learning.
