The Role
As a Secondary School Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the curriculum and the needs of your students. You will foster a stimulating learning environment that promotes academic success, curiosity, and independent thinking.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in your subject specialism.
* Use a range of teaching and assessment strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
* Track and report student progress, using data to inform your teaching.
* Work collaboratively with heads of department, support staff, and SLT.

What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Subject specialism in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, PE, Art or DT.
* Strong classroom presence and a passion for your subject.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Open to ECTs and experienced teachers alike.
