Class Teacher - SEN School
Location: Barrow - In - Furness
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per year plus SEN allowance
Or £162.30 - £251.71 per day plus SEN allowance
About the Role:
Tradewind is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join an SEN school. This is an exciting opportunity to work with pupils who have a wide range of additional needs, including physical disabilities, sensory impairments, communication and language difficulties, complex health and medical needs, and autism.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, individualised teaching tailored to pupils' diverse needs.
Develop and implement personalised learning plans.
Support the social, emotional, and educational development of pupils.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and support staff.
Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to reviews.What We're Looking For:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience or strong interest in working within SEN settings.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education.
