Are you a dedicated Teacher looking for a rewarding role within a specialist setting? A brand-new satellite school in High Wycombe is opening this September, and we are seeking enthusiastic Teachers to join the founding team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Teacher in this exciting new High Wycombe setting, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to each student's needs. What does the role involve?
Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons across your subject specialism or broader curriculum areas.
Creating a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes student development and well-being.
Working as a Teacher to adapt schemes of work to meet individual needs and access the National Curriculum effectively.
Promoting literacy, numeracy, ICT, and key life skills throughout your teaching practice.
Playing a key pastoral role, advocating for your tutor group and supporting their academic, personal, and social growth.
This High Wycombe-based post is ideal for a resilient, creative, and compassionate Teacher who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide tailored support.
We are looking for a Teacher who:
Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Has a passion for working in SEN settings and promoting inclusive practice.
Has experience supporting children with additional needs (personal or professional).
Is enthusiastic about contributing to a new school community in High Wycombe.
