Job Description
Monarch Education is seeking committed and adaptable Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) to deliver high-quality supply cover across a network of primary schools in and around Derby.
These schools share a strong collective ethos focused on placing children at the centre, ensuring they thrive, are challenged, feel proud, and enjoy school. You'll join a supportive and professional environment where excellent teaching, collaborative practice, and pupil enrichment are key pillars.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, according to your strengths and school needs
Adapt quickly to varying school environments and teaching contexts within the network
Create a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to flourish and reach their full potential
Uphold high standards of teaching, behaviour management, and safeguarding as per school policies
Collaborate with colleagues, SENCOs, and leadership teams across schools to support pupil development Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong classroom presence with effective behaviour management skills
Flexibility and resilience to work across multiple schools at short notice
A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for helping children succeed
Commitment to inclusive practice and high-quality education for all
