Job Description
Our partnered school, part of the Cabot Learning Federation, is dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs in Brockworth. Affinity Workforce Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teachers to join the team at our partnered school on a full time or part time basis. This role involves teaching students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and we welcome applicants from both secondary and primary backgrounds who are adaptable and committed to building strong relationships with young people.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering tailored educational programs.
Providing one-on-one and group support to students.
Creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
Monitoring and reporting on students' progress.
Collaborating with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals.Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEMH needs is desirable, but a genuine care to make a difference in these children's lives is essential.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
