Role: Teacher of Business and Computer Science
Location: Strode
Salary: £25-32 p/h
Start date: January
We working with a vibrant college in Strode who are seeking someone to teach Computer Science and Business to Level 3 learners with demonstrable enthusiasm for the subjects. To ensure high quality student learning through the most effective, efficient, and economic use of the College’s resources.
We require you to be a competent leader capable of maintaining student morale and discipline inside and outside ‘the classroom’ within the college site and in conjunction with College Management.

Roles:
Effective delivery of a teaching programme within the areas of competence of the post holder paying due regard to student progression towards successful and value-added completion.
Regular assessment of student progress and preparation of appropriate progress reports
Provide accurate and timely data and information including registers, withdrawals and transfers, assessment and examination results, progress reports.
Maintain student morale and discipline inside and outside ‘the classroom’ within the college site and in conjunction with College Management.
The ideal candidate will have:
DBS on the Update Service
A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PTTLS, DTTLS etc.)
Experience teaching in either FE or Secondary Schools
A passion for passing on knowledge
An extensive subject knowledge
