The school serves a diverse community and is deeply rooted in the belief that all young people, regardless of background, deserve access to opportunities that allow them to thrive-academically, socially, and personally. Through a clear and ambitious educational agenda, the school works to raise aspirations and close gaps in achievement across its student population.

Flexible working arrangements, including part-time roles, will be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the academic and personal development of students as both a subject teacher and form tutor
Deliver engaging and effective lessons that enable students to reach their full potential

Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum in English
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to use a range of teaching strategies
A genuine passion for supporting student progress and achievement
A commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working
Professional Development & Staff Benefits:
The school is committed to investing in its staff and offers a range of opportunities and support, including:
A comprehensive CPD programme tailored to individual career progression
Opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues across other schools
A competitive salary and excellent pension scheme
Health and wellbeing benefits, including a Health Cash Plan and Employee Assistance Programme
