Are you an engaging Teacher of English who can inspire students across a wide ability range?

Do you have strong behaviour management strategies that promote high levels of engagement?

Are you a qualified Teacher of English with experience teaching both English Language and Literature?

The school is looking to appoint a Teacher of English on a long-term basis starting in September, with the potential for the role to become permanent. The successful Teacher of English will be responsible for delivering English Language and Literature, managing behaviour effectively and building strong rapport with students to support engagement and attainment.

The successful Teacher of English will have:
 • QTS with an English specialism
 • Experience teaching English Language and Literature
 • Proven experience supporting students across a wide ability range
 • Strong behaviour for learning strategies
 • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
 • The ability to build positive relationships with students
