Teacher of History - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
*KS3/4 History Teacher required for November 2025 or Immediate Start*
Are you an enthusiastic and engaging Teacher of History? Hold experience teaching at KS3-4? Tradewind are partnered with an Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire based school, seeking an experienced History Teacher to join their Humanities Department.
Key Responsibilities - Teacher of History:
Plan and deliver History lessons at KS3/4
Use innovative and varied teaching methods to engage students of all abilities
Support student's academic and personal development
Monitor and track student progress to ensure their success
Contribute to departmental initiatives and extra-curricular activities where required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A passion for teaching History at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A positive attitude and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment
Experience in teaching History in a secondary school setting
An Enhanced DBS Check on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
A full employment and education history
Reliably commutable to Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
