Responsibilities:
Deliver creative and engaging Literacy lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Promote reading, writing, and communication skills across key stages.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse literacy needs and abilities of students.
Collaborate with colleagues to raise standards in literacy across the curriculum.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted feedback to support improvement.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Strong understanding of the Literacy curriculum and best teaching practices.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Proven teaching experience, ideally with a focus on Literacy intervention or English.
A genuine passion for inspiring and improving student literacy outcomes.
