Are you an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Maths looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity in the Ulverston area? An OFSTED-rated 'Good' mainstream Secondary School is seeking an experienced and passionate Maths specialist to join their team from January 2026 through to the summer term.
This is a full-time, long-term role offering a competitive daily rate of up to £240 per day.
🔢 The Role
As the successful Teacher of Maths, you will:
Deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Plan, mark and assess student work in line with curriculum requirements
Guide and support pupils through each lesson with clear explanations and strong classroom management
Work collaboratively within a dedicated and supportive Maths department

✅ To join us and be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
* A recognised teaching qualification with QTS
* A degree in Mathematics
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Checks (if applicable) and professional references
* A CV covering your last 10 years of employment where possible
* Legal right to work in the UK
