Teacher of Maths
Location: York, North Yorkshire
Start Date: 19th of June 2025 / As soon as possible
Contract: Fixed Term, Part Time, 0.6
Salary: MPS/UPS
GSL Education is working in partnership with an Ofsted graded ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School, to appoint a part time Maths Teacher to work 3 days a week, for the remainder of this academic year. Early Career Teachers are welcome to apply.

Teacher of Maths Minimum Requirements:
Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Maths or related Degree.
Recent experience planning and delivering Key Stage 3 and GCSE Maths.
Experience with Pearson Edexcel exam board is ideal, but not essential.
The legal Right to Work in the UK.
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check registered to the update service, or the willingness to apply for one.
Strong references that cover the last 2 years of employment, particularly from previous teaching placements, academic tutors, or employers.
