GSL Education are looking to appoint a Teacher of MFL (French) to join a vibrant and inclusive school in Aylesford from September 2025. Teacher of MFL (French) Responsibilities: As an MFL Teacher (French), you will be expected to plan and deliver high-quality French lessons that align with the national curriculum while catering to the diverse needs of learners across different Key Stages. Your role will involve assessing student progress through formative and summative methods, providing constructive feedback, and promoting a stimulating and culturally rich classroom environment. You will work collaboratively with fellow staff members to enhance curriculum development and maintain a consistent standard of excellence in teaching. Furthermore, you will be a key contributor to fostering students' enthusiasm for languages, building their confidence, and encouraging active participation in language learning both in and out of the classroom. Requirements for Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. Bachelor or Master's degree in French, MFL, or an education-related field. Proven experience teaching MFL (French) at Key Stage levels. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A commitment to professional development and reflective practice.
