Interaction Education are really pleased to be supporting a great secondary school in the Watford area in their search for a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (MFL) specialising in the delivery of French or Spanish lessons. Someone with both would be amazing!
This is a contract role between January 2026 and the end of the academic year of 2025/2026, in July.
The key responsibilities for the role can be found below:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in [languages taught].
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback.
Contribute to curriculum development and department initiatives.
Promote the use of language beyond the classroom.
Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all students.
Key Requirements:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
Degree in Modern Foreign Languages (or related field).
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to teach [languages] to GCSE and A-Level (if applicable).
Passionate about languages and cultural diversity.
