Teacher of Music and Music Technology Salary: ECT/UPS/MPS £salaries, Employment Type: Permanent, Part-time (approximately 50% FTE), will consider full-time for ECTs. Curriculum Innovation: Contribute to the evolution of the music curriculum, integrating modern technology with classical foundations to engage a diverse student body. Extra-Curricular Advocacy: Lead and expand our existing programme of lunchtime and after-school sessions, ensuring music remains the heartbeat of the school. Student Mentorship: Act as a specialist mentor for aspiring musicians, guiding them through practical exams, compositions, and higher education pathways. Requirements: Technical Mastery: Proven experience teaching Music Technology at A-Level is essential. You should be comfortable with industry-standard software and production techniques. Qualifications: You hold QTS (or equivalent) and possess a degree-level specialisation in Music or Music Technology. Pedagogical Excellence: A track record of delivering engaging Music lessons at KS3, GCSE, and A-Level.
