A secondary school in Somerset is seeking a passionate and skilled Teacher of Music & Drama to join their performing arts team in January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who wants to teach across KS3 and KS4, with the potential and ambition to lead the departments.
Key responsibilities:

Teach Music & Drama to both KS3 and KS4 students
*
Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that inspire students of all abilities
*
Maintain high standards of performance, behaviour, and achievement in the classroom
*
Contribute to extra-curricular activities, drama productions, music concerts, rehearsals etc.

Opportunity to lead or develop the Music & Drama departments: shaping curriculum, mentoring staff, driving vision and growth
