Job Description
Tara Professional Recruitment are working with a 16+ provider based in Shrewsbury, who are looking to recruit a Teacher of Plumbing on a full-time temporary basis from September.
The role:
* Start date: September
* Duration: October, with possibility for extension or permanent
* Timetable: Full time
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver Plumbing courses to a range of qualifications (level 1 – 3)
* Support learners through classroom and practical teaching
* Provide guidance and feedback to learners
* Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs and abilities of learners
Ideal candidate will have:
* Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) – preferred
* Recent experience delivering Plumbing
* Strong classroom and workshop management skills
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
