🧠 Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons in Social Sciences at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5
Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Support students in developing critical thinking, analytical, and research skills
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Social Sciences curriculum
✅ Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Specialism in Social Sciences (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Health & Social Care)
Experience teaching in UK secondary schools or sixth forms
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply through Hays)
