Your Role Will Include:

Supporting or delivering engaging, student-centred lessons tailored to individual learning needs

Assisting in the creation of personalised education plans alongside families and colleagues
*
Building a positive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes well-being
*
Using a range of strategies and tools to support differentiated learning
*
Tracking and supporting student progress, providing encouragement and targeted interventions
*
Contributing to a collaborative, supportive teaching team
*
Taking part in professional learning and development to grow your skills
We’re Looking For:
*
Qualified Teachers (QTS) with experience in SEND, ideally in a specialist setting
*
OR individuals without QTS but with relevant experience (care, youth work, classroom support) who are eager to train and develop
*
A strong commitment to inclusive education and making a difference in young people’s lives
*
Team players with excellent communication skills
*
Resilient, adaptable, and reflective practitioners who want to grow with the school
