Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT)
Salary:
Teaching Assistants: £83.85 – £90 per day
Teachers: £160 – £170 per day
Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for enthusiastic Teachers and Teaching Assistants to join supportive and inclusive schools across Rhondda Cynon Taf. Roles Available:
Teaching Assistants:
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Support pupils with ALN/SEN and behavioural needs
Help deliver engaging learning experiences
Build meaningful relationships with students and staff
Teachers (Primary & Secondary):
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons
Manage classroom behaviour and inspire learners
Adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs
Collaborate with teaching teams and support staff
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience in education, youth work, or care roles (desirable for TAs)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for teaching roles
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A calm, flexible and patient approach
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
EWC registration (we can support you with this)
