Teaching and Learning Coach
Location: Bromley with multi-site coverage
Salary: £22.05 per hour
Hours: 37 per week (Lunch breaks unpaid)
Contract: Temporary, ending 17 October 2025

Our client is seeking two passionate Teaching & Learning Coaches to support the professional development of teaching staff across multiple campuses. This role is ideal for experienced educators who thrive on mentoring others and driving improvements in teaching and learning.
You’ll lead initiatives that enhance pedagogical practices, deliver tailored training, and support the integration of digital tools to improve the learner experience. Working closely with curriculum managers, you’ll help set and achieve ambitious teaching standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Coaching staff to develop outstanding teaching practices
* Conducting learning walks, observations, and drop-ins
* Designing and delivering bespoke CPD sessions
* Supporting digital innovation in teaching
* Collaborating with managers to set improvement targets
Candidate requirements:
* Proven teaching experience in FE/HE settings
* Must hold a current ENHANCED DBS
* Strong understanding of blended and current pedagogical methods
* Experience mentoring or coaching educators
* Proficiency in digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Canvas
* Commitment to professional development and collaborative working
