The Role
As Teaching and Learning Manager, you will:
*
Lead and develop a team of tutors and trainers across West Yorkshire
*
Conduct lesson observations, providing constructive feedback and coaching
*
Monitor performance, ensuring all provision meets and exceeds Ofsted standards
*
Drive continuous improvement through data-led decision-making
*
Lead on curriculum development and learner engagement strategies
*
Ensure compliance with all funding and quality frameworks
*
Be the go-to person for operational and academic leadership across centres
About You
*
A Level 5+ teaching or education-related qualification (essential)
*
Proven experience in educational management, ideally across multiple sites
*
Expertise in lesson observation, quality improvement, and coaching
*
Strong understanding of Ofsted inspection frameworks
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills
*
Willingness to travel across sites regularly
*
(Desirable) Knowledge of e-portfolio systems such as OneFile and The Matrix Standard
