💼 What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
Working 1:1 and with small groups to reinforce learning
Assisting students with additional needs to access the curriculum
Supporting teaching staff with lesson preparation and delivery
Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a respectful, inclusive atmosphere
🎯 What We're Looking For:
Experience working with secondary-age pupils (6+ months preferred)
A calm, confident, and proactive approach to learning support
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
