Key Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide classroom support to students, both individually and in small groups.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and ensuring students are engaged.
- Help students with special educational needs, providing tailored support to help them succeed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high standard of learning for all students.
- Help with classroom management and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working with children, either in a school or another educational setting, is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners and helping them achieve their full potential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) would be an advantage - but not a necessity.
