Smile Education is proud to be supporting a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Worcester in their search for a committed Teaching Assistant. This full-time role will involve supporting pupils in the Early Years setting, with a particular focus on providing 1:1 support for a child with additional needs.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SEND team to support a child with special educational needs, helping them access learning and daily routines in a nurturing environment. You will also provide general support across the Early Years classroom, contributing to a positive and engaging learning experience for all pupils.
What We’re Looking For:
Relevant experience working with young children, particularly in Early Years
Experience supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis (desirable but not essential)
A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting young learners
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and developmentAbout the School:
