Teaching Assistant – SEN School in Finsbury Park
Location: Finsbury Park, N4 2DH
Daily Rate: £90 - £105 (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:15 am – 3:45 pm (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Full time, long-term
Start Date: Immediate start

GSL Education are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic SEN school in Finsbury Park. This is a rewarding, long-term opportunity where you'll play an important role in helping students thrive.
What you’ll do:
Provide day-to-day support for children with Autism and a range of SEN needs.
Help deliver personalised learning plans and support strategies.
Encourage students’ independence, communication, and social skills.
Work closely with teachers and fellow support staff to create an inclusive, positive classroom environment.
Track and record students’ progress, adapting your support as needed.
What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience working with SEN students in a school or similar setting, or a solid understanding of SEN.
✅ Strong communication skills and a proactive, supportive approach.
✅ A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude focused on students’ wellbeing.
✅ An Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
