Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and well-resourced special school in Hillingdon. This inclusive setting supports primary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing a calm and structured learning environment where every child can thrive.

What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs.
Build strong, trusting relationships that promote emotional wellbeing and resilience.
Use positive behaviour strategies to help children engage in learning.
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to deliver tailored support plans.
About You
Previous experience supporting children with SEMH, autism, ADHD or challenging behaviour.
A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with young people.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
