Your Role Will Include:
Supporting pupils with their learning in and out of the classroom
Assisting teachers with engaging, differentiated lesson delivery
Leading small-group work in core subjects like English and maths
Helping to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Building positive relationships with staff, pupils, and families
Supporting wider school initiatives and enrichment activities
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience supporting children in KS2 or similar age groups (school or youth setting)
A calm, confident, and proactive approach to classroom support
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
