Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting SEN students? We are looking for a dedicated full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant to join our primary school in Telford. What We're Looking For:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Teaching and Learning or a related field.

Adaptable and flexible: You'll be comfortable moving between year groups and working with different age groups, adjusting your approach to meet varied learning needs.
Team player: You'll be someone who enjoys collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create the best learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support across all year groups, working with students on a range of tasks to help them succeed.
Assist in the delivery of lessons and provide tailored support to students with SEN.
Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement strategies for students with special educational needs.
Support students' emotional and social development, helping them build confidence and engagement.
Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe and valued.
