Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in the Early Years at a welcoming Primary School in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child's early education within a supportive and nurturing environment.
The Role
Providing individualised 1:1 support for a child in Early Years
Encouraging their learning, social, and emotional development
Working collaboratively with class teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored support plans
The Ideal Candidate
Experience supporting children with complex SEND (ideally in an Early Years setting)
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to working with young children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
This is a full-time, long-term position offering a rewarding opportunity to positively influence a child's learning and development.
