Salary: £20,000 per annum

Here, no two days are the same — one day you’ll be helping a student find their voice, the next you’ll be celebrating a breakthrough moment that makes it all worthwhile.
The school provides education and support to students aged 4–19 years, each with unique learning needs including Autism (ASC), Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), and Social, Emotional, and Communication Needs (SEMH).
It’s a hands-on, fulfilling environment where teamwork, patience, and compassion are at the heart of everything they do.
No Experience? No Problem!
If you’ve got the right attitude and a passion for supporting young people, the school will give you all the training and guidance you need to succeed.
You’ll receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development, ensuring you feel confident and supported from day one.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with a range of learning needs.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver creative, inclusive, and engaging lessons.
• Help students build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
• Promote a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to meet individual needs.
• Celebrate every success — big or small — and contribute to a positive school culture.
About You
You’ll be someone who is:
• Compassionate, patient, and supportive by nature.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.
• A strong communicator who can build positive relationships.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to new situations.
• A team player with a positive and caring attitude.
• Fully eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
Previous experience within education or SEN is an advantage — but it’s not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm, empathy, and commitment to helping others succeed.
