Role: Teaching Assistant
Support the Year 4 teacher in delivering lessons and classroom activities as a Teaching Assistant.
Assist pupils with learning, ensuring all children are engaged, as a committed Teaching Assistant.
Help plan, implement, and deliver engaging lessons and resources as a proactive Teaching Assistant.
Observe, record, and provide feedback on pupil progress as part of your role as a Teaching Assistant.
Requirements for the Teaching Assistant
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in KS2 or primary school settings.
Strong understanding of teaching strategies to support learning as a confident Teaching Assistant.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills as a reliable Teaching Assistant.
Ability to motivate and support children of varying abilities in a busy classroom as a skilled Teaching Assistant.
