 Pay: £90-£100 per day
 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (term time only)

Long Term Futures are recruiting for a specialist provision in Leicestershire where every pupil is supported to build confidence, resilience and life skills in a calm, structured environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH
Supporting emotional regulation and encouraging positive behaviour
Assisting teachers with lessons and personalised learning plans
Building strong, consistent relationships that help pupils feel safe and engaged
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet pupils' needs 
Who We're Looking For
Experience supporting children or young people (in education, youth work, care, sports coaching or similar)
Calm, patient, and nurturing with a proactive approach
Ability to build trust and maintain consistency in challenging situations
Team player with excellent communication skills
